Totem Acoustic Beak per pair accessory

At the top of a totem pole there is almost always a bird, and of that bird only the beak speaks. A small thing, right at the summit, and yet it decides what the whole pole says.

The Beak is a small machined piece that stands on the top panel of a Totem cabinet, where its job is to settle the ringing of that panel. It comes per pair — one for each speaker. None of this shows up on a spec sheet, and Totem publishes no numbers for it, so treat it the way we do: put it on, take it off again, and let your ears decide whether it stays.

A beak makes little sound of its own; it decides which sound is left.
