Totem Acoustic TO KIN SUB8 - WHITE loudspeaker
Round the fire the drum is not the loudest instrument, but it is the one you feel in your chest rather than hear. The Kin Sub 8 is the small drum of the range, and small is exactly the point.
A 28-centimetre cube that disappears beside furniture and still moves air down to 29 Hz. An 8-inch reinforced-fibreglass cone, a 200-watt Class D amplifier designed for that driver in that cabinet, and a slot port tuned to reach low without booming. Crossover 40 to 120 Hz, phase 0 to 180, level to taste — the three controls you need to make a subwoofer disappear into a pair of speakers, and not one more. Auto power-up, RCA and LFE in, anti-resonance feet underneath. Take this one for a Kin One or Kin Flex system; take the Sub 10 for a bigger room.
You never hear a good drum on its own. You only notice that the circle has suddenly grown fuller than it was a moment ago.
