The Tribe III is where that wall range starts to sound genuinely serious. Two hand-assembled Torrent woofers and a 1.25-inch fabric dome sit in a cabinet 91 cm tall and 8.9 cm deep, so beside a 59- to 73-inch screen it reads as a strip rather than as furniture. And still it holds 40 Hz on the wall — genuinely full-range for something this slim. Its evenness off-axis comes from the first-order crossover: the less there is standing between the driver and you, the more honest the voices stay. It asks for 30 to 200 watts and presents a 4-ohm load, so give it an amplifier with some grip. The bracket for vertical or horizontal mounting is in the box; the stand is optional. Allow it 200 hours before you judge the bass.
Nine centimetres of wall, and a whole people speaking. You go looking for the loudspeakers and find only the music.
