A tribe has voices, and it has a drum. The drum is not a voice itself — it is the ground the voices stand on, and you only really notice it once it is missing.
This is the one Tribe that brings its own power. A 500-watt Class D amplifier drives two 8-inch fibreglass cones in a sealed cabinet 61 cm long and 11.5 cm deep — thin enough to stand against a wall, lie on its back under a couch, or sit upright in a corner, with the same output in every orientation. Sealed is the right choice here: placement close to walls and inside furniture is far more forgiving than with a ported box, and the bass stays quick enough to follow music, not just explosions. It reaches 26 Hz, crosses over anywhere between 40 and 120 Hz, and has variable phase and two EQ settings. RCA and LFE inputs are on the back; add the optional LINK transmitter and the connection to your amplifier goes wireless.
A flat drum that stands, lies or leans as the room allows — and that only makes itself heard the moment the floor joins in.
