Totem Acoustic TO TRIBE V - BLACK loudspeaker
A tribe that grows does not get louder — it gets stronger in the shoulders. More voices means nobody has to force anything: the song is carried rather than pushed.
Twice the woofers, half the compromise. The Tribe V takes the Tribe III's recipe to four Torrent woofers around a one-inch titanium dome, in a cabinet 122 cm tall, meant for screens of 65 to 100 inches. Two things change audibly: it goes down to 34 Hz instead of 40, and it presents an 8-ohm load instead of 4 — far kinder to a receiver already driving five channels. Totem builds it as a front speaker or as the centre channel of a serious installation, and the extra cone area tells at volume, where the III has to work harder. Same 8.9 cm depth, same magnetic grilles, same bracket.
If the room is large or the screen enormous, this is the Tribe: the same people, simply with voices enough to fill the hall without having to raise one of them.
