Totem Acoustic TO TRIBE IN-WALL SUB 8" loudspeaker
A drum is not only heard; you feel it in the floor and in your chest — and in most stories nobody knows exactly where the drummer is sitting. This one sits between two studs in your wall.
Bass without a box in the room. The Double 8 puts two active 8-inch ballistic carbon-fibre drivers in a sealed in-wall enclosure and does without passive radiators, which is what keeps the opening down to 315 x 569 mm and the depth to 96 mm — a normal stud bay. It reaches 26 Hz, driven by the 500-watt Totem amplifier that comes with it: level, a 40-120 Hz low-pass, continuously variable phase, an auto-on mode, and rack ears in the box. Two of them can share one amplifier when wired in parallel, which is the tidy answer to a wide room. One installation rule Totem are firm about: fix it to wood studs, not aluminium.
The drum stays invisible. Only your ribcage knows where it hangs.
