The Trio is the Duo's answer for film: front left, centre and right in the same 145 cm cabinet, so dialogue comes from the screen instead of from a phantom point between two speakers. Totem ports this one and adds two 5.75-inch long-throw woofers with copper-capped voice coils to the pair of four-inch drivers, which is why it reaches 55 Hz where the Duo stops at 65. Still passive, still 8 ohms, now happy on up to 150 watts — you bring a three-channel amplifier, or a receiver's front three. Add a Tribe Solution Sub and a pair of Tribe III at the back and the whole system is 9 cm deep. For a cinema on the wall, start here.
