The Forest is Totem's long-running answer to a full-range tower, and it does it with one 6.5-inch woofer. That driver, on a 3-inch voice coil, is asked to reach 30 Hz on its own — no second bass unit to hide behind — and what lets it is the cabinet: 20.5 kg of lock-mitred, cross-braced shell only 19.5 cm wide. Underneath are Delrin Claws, machined to decouple the speaker from the floor and break up standing waves at the surface. They will take spikes, and Totem is unusually blunt that you should not fit them: the Forest was voiced on the claws as they come. Above it the Forest Signature refines the same design; this is the version most rooms need.
