TO KIN SLIM IW6 PAIR
The IW6 Slim is the shallowest speaker Totem build for architecture: 89 mm deep, which clears the wiring and the pipework in a standard stud wall and gives a joiner almost nothing to argue about. Behind a 190 x 277 mm cutout sit a 6-inch carbon-fibre woofer and a 3/4-inch ceramic dome, good from 55 Hz and easy to drive at 90 dB on 10 to 100 watts. It is the right choice for surrounds, for a bedroom, for a corridor — anywhere the wall must stay flat and the speaker must stay quiet about being there. Where the wall allows more depth, the IW8 Slim gives you the bass this one cannot.
