Totem Acoustic
TO TRIBE ANGLED V2
The same 340 mm hole as the Kin AIC, a deeper box, and a different level of ambition. The Tribe Architectural AIC borrows from Totem's Element work: neodymium-actuated MHEX woofers, a 29 mm soft dome built around a Mundorf diaphragm, and a crossover hand-assembled from parts you would expect to find in a floorstander. It runs from 47 Hz to 30 kHz, takes 140 watts and offers two sets of terminals if you want to bi-wire. The angled baffle still aims the sound at the seats; the reason to choose this one over the Kin is tone — voices and strings arrive with the body a good stand-mount gives them. Allow 155 mm of depth, and add a Tribe in-wall sub when films are part of the brief.
