The IC62 is the 6.5-inch heart of the Kin in-ceiling range: a 211 mm hole, 121 mm of depth behind it, and a speaker that reaches 46 Hz — low enough that most rooms never ask for a subwoofer. The MHEX woofer sits in a die-cast basket and the ceramic-coated aluminium tweeter rides a faceplate you pivot toward the seats, which saves an installation where the ceiling grid, not the listener, chose the position. A low-volume intelligibility switch lifts voices and bass when the system plays quietly — the level a kitchen or hallway actually lives at. Stainless hardware and a paintable magnetic grille suit a bathroom, or a soffit with the optional acoustic back can. For a larger room, step up to the IC82.
